My practice is guided by an empathetic understanding, with specialized training in individual, family, child, and adolescent therapy, as well as substance abuse treatment. I adopt an eclectic approach to therapy, which is essential in addressing clients' diverse and complex needs.

By integrating techniques from various therapeutic models, I can offer more flexible and tailored interventions, ensuring each client receives a treatment plan that is tailored to the idiosyncratic needs of each client. While I employ a broad spectrum of techniques, my profound interest lies in Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and "Schema therapy". These modalities are particularly efficacious in disentangling maladaptive cognitive and behavioural patterns, while simultaneously addressing deeper, often unconscious, schema-driven issues, thereby facilitating profound and enduring psychological well-being.
